1. What a pass is

LIBERTIES: THE FOUR FORCES is a collection of 1,112 non-fungible tokens on Arbitrum One. Holding a pass grants access to the LIBERTIES Gateway — our own software service that routes your prompts to four independent AI engines and returns the answers to you inside Telegram.

You are buying access to our gateway. You are not buying an account with any AI provider, an API key, a share of the project, or any expectation of financial return.

2. Monthly credits

Each pass carries a monthly allowance of 200 credits. Credits are shared across all four routes and are charged according to the cost of the route you choose:

Holders of a Legendary pass (111 passes, scattered across the collection; the ID list is fixed and its SHA-256 hash was published before mint) receive a 5× multiplier: 1,000 credits per month. Holding several passes adds their allowances together.

Credits reset on the first day of each calendar month, UTC. Unused credits do not carry over.

The baseline allowance can be increased, but will never be reduced. We have set it conservatively so we can raise it as real usage becomes clear. It is a floor, and the floor only moves up.

3. How long access lasts

We commit to operating the gateway for holders for a minimum of five years from the mint date, funded by a reserve set aside from mint proceeds specifically for this purpose.

Our intention is to run it indefinitely, and the reserve is topped up from secondary royalties and optional credit purchases. But we will not promise, in a binding document, something no one can guarantee for ever. Five years is what we can fund and stand behind today; we expect to extend it, and we will say so publicly when we do.

There is no subscription and no recurring fee. Ownership of the pass is the access.

4. Which models we route to

Each route resolves to a current, capable model from one of four independent providers. We publish the exact model identifier for every route and update that page whenever a route changes.

Routes change over time. Providers release, rename and retire models on their own schedule; we follow. We reserve the right to change the model behind any route, and we undertake to announce material changes in our official channels before they take effect.

If a provider ceases operation, withdraws access, or becomes commercially unviable, we may replace that route with a comparable engine from another provider. Four routes will remain four routes.

5. Fair use

The credit allowance is for personal, interactive use. You may not:

• resell, sublicense or rent your access to third parties;
• share one pass across multiple people as a shared service;
• run automated bulk or scripted traffic through the gateway;
• attempt to extract provider credentials or bypass credit accounting.

We may suspend access that breaches this section. Where a breach is unintentional we will contact you first.

6. Acceptable content

Prompts sent through the gateway are subject to the usage policies of the provider handling that route, and to applicable law. Content that is illegal, that sexualises minors, or that seeks to build weapons capable of mass harm is prohibited and may be refused by the provider, by us, or by both.

7. Transfers and resale

Passes are freely transferable. Access follows the pass: credits are tracked against the wallet holding it, and ownership is verified against the blockchain on every request. When you transfer a pass, your access ends and the new holder's begins.

Conversation history is stored against your Telegram account, not against the pass, and does not transfer with it. Your conversations remain yours.

8. Optional credit purchases

We may offer additional credits for purchase beyond the monthly allowance. Purchased credits are supplementary and never a condition of the baseline allowance described in section 2.

9. Availability

The gateway depends on third-party providers, blockchain infrastructure and Telegram. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Outages caused by a provider, a network, or a platform outside our control are not a breach of these terms, though we will work to restore service and to keep you informed.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.

10. No affiliation

LIBERTIES is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI provider. Provider and model names are used solely to describe, accurately, which engines power which route. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Not an investment

A LIBERTIES pass is a utility item. It is not a security, a share, or an investment product, and it carries no promise or expectation of profit, appreciation, revenue share or dividend. Secondary market value, if any, is determined entirely by the market. Buy a pass because you want to use it.

The 2.5% royalty share directed to Legendary holders is a discretionary distribution funded by secondary sales where marketplaces choose to honour royalties. Royalty enforcement is not within our control and may yield nothing.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes that reduce what a pass provides will not be applied retroactively to existing holders, with the sole exception of changes required by law or by a provider's terms. Material changes will be announced in our official channels before taking effect.
